Visiting the Farm…

We love when our members come spend time at the farm. There are a few rules in place that are meant to protect our animals and our customers.

  • All members are asked to stay in designated tour areas, with no direct contact with the animals other than feeding the male goats. This is for your safety more than anything else. While our animals are very comfortable around people, they are still large, powerful animals, and when you let your guard down is when something bad happens.

  • At this time, we do not permit customers in the animal pens which means we can’t visit the milking area. We hold strict standards for biosecurity on the farm and footwear from outside the farm is a full stop. We plan to have a customer viewing area in the future when the new milking parlor is built, so this will change in the future.

  • We love to have children at the farm, especially feral children like our own. But we ask that you keep the children from climbing on gates, trees, farm equipment, or anything else that looks attractive to climb on.
